Refunds

Refund terms depend on the payment method and on compliance with the cancellation policy.

Cash payment

No payment is taken at the time of booking unless you explicitly request it, so there is nothing to refund: if the trip does not take place, no money has been collected.

Card payment

When an online card payment is offered and completed, a full refund is issued if the cancellation happens at least 24 hours before pickup.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within an indicative 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Claims

Any refund request must be sent within 7 days of the trip to [email protected], quoting the booking reference.
