Cancellation policy

Our rule is simple: free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup time.

24 hours or more before pickup

You can cancel free of charge from your booking link or by contacting us on WhatsApp. The cancellation is confirmed immediately and you receive an acknowledgement.

Less than 24 hours before pickup

Self-service cancellation is no longer available. Contact us on WhatsApp or by e-mail: the cancellation is handled manually, taking into account driver availability and costs already committed.

Cancellations inside the free window are handled by our team and may incur the driver's committed cost.

Cancellation by Djerba Taxi

If we cancel (vehicle unavailability, or weather making the trip unsafe), you receive a full refund of any amount paid and a free date change.

No-show

If the driver is waiting on site and the customer does not appear within 30 minutes, the trip is considered performed and payable.
