Pickup location and destination;
Requested date and time;
Number of passengers, children, infants and items of luggage;
Flight number and airline for airport transfers;
Proof that a trip completed, and only if you wish to leave a review.

3. Purpose

This data is used only to perform the booking, brief the driver, contact you about the trip, and keep a record of your bookings.

No data is sold to third parties and your data is never used for advertising.

4. Sharing

Your data is accessible only to those who strictly need it to perform the trip: the assigned driver, the dispatch team and customer support.

5. Retention

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to operate the service and defend our legal rights, then deleted or anonymised.
